We couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with Escape Pools. From the first in house visit (for of about 2-3 visits) we felt comfortable and we felt like our opinion mattered. Our pool turned out incredibly beautiful and construction was only about 6 weeks for a custom designed pool! The contractors were super friendly and worked efficiently and were respectful of the yard, and when we had to let the dogs out to potty! Listen up everyone, if you want to design a pool with the very best, then Escape Pools is who you need! We did our extensive research on meeting with several pool designers and Jim stood one from the first interview. I do not have the words in any language, to accurately articulate how amazing Jim and his employees are. The first meeting he had was nothing short of outstanding; Jim took his time, never rushed one bit, wasn’t aggressive and more importantly was 100% patient and answered all of our questions. If memory serves me it was probably a 2-2.5 meeting and I knew he was the one from that point. However, we did have a couple more builders to interview but my hubs and I kept going back to Jim, there was no one who came close to the level of service he provided. He even compares quotes with you from other providers and points out what is either wrong or explains charges So, as you would’ve guessed, we signed with Escape Pools/Jim…needless to say it was hands down the best decision we ever made. Jim is super methodical with designing and gives you ideas for an absolute oasis in your backyard. He is incredibly seasoned and when you see the end product, IT SHOWS! Jim and his team continue to provide support when I have a question or when something needs to be filed with warranty and that peace of mind is priceless! Jim and Jacob are without a doubt the best in the business. He can also build any other backyard necessities you might need; one stop shop ladies and gentlemen! Whenever someone asks who build my pool, I gloat about Jim and his team and obviously recommend him anytime I can. We constantly get compliments on how impressive the pool is and how well built along with aesthetically pleasing it is. I want to also point out that Jim got us hooked up with a propane contact (as our house is electric), took care of the permits, i mean it was a seamless construction, stayed on timeline and delivered on everything they promised! I could go on and on, but bottom line is, for a big of an investment as a pool is, get it done right the first time, don’t expose your self to the potential of a nightmare or headache with someone, Escape Pools is the way to go. This is the team you want to build your pool. From the design to the completed pool everything went perfect. Had we not had a week of bad weather our entire project would have been completed in a month. Jim and his team were very easy to work with and answered or took care of every question we had. I’m still in the beginning stages of my pool but I give Jim 5stars in advance when he came out to design my pool and go over options he was friendly, patient and concerned with what we wanted for our backyard oasis!

We had the unfortunate experience of another local pool builder walking out on us, mid-build. Thankfully, through a friend, we were able to get in contact with Jim over at Escape Pools. Though, he didn’t make any money on helping us finish our pool, he treated the us and the project as if he was. He was always very responsive and happy to lend his knowledge, and contacts and help guide us through finishing our project. He went above and beyond, answering our calls after hours and on the weekends and even visits to the project to ensure our pool got completed to his standards. I really can’t say enough about this company, but I HIGHLY recommend them.
